Waseca Office
Welcome to our Waseca office — our main office and the heart of Alee Services. Located in downtown Waseca, our office has a warm, small-town charm that reflects the welcoming atmosphere we strive to create every day.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by our Human Resources staff and a flexible workspace available for staff to use as needed. We also have a spacious conference room that comfortably seats up to 10 people for meetings, trainings, and team collaboration. A large front window gives us a fun space to decorate, especially for Halloween and Christmas.
Our Waseca location also serves as an Activity Center for the people we support. As you walk down the hall through the building, you’ll find a cozy movie area, a large selection of board games, a Wii gaming system, and a computer station where individuals can build typing, computer, and other technology skills.
Just a few steps up is a dedicated activity space with tables for crafts, card games, skill-building activities, and social gatherings. This area is also home to the offices of our Program Manager and Director of Program Services.
When Alee Services purchased the building, we added a full kitchen designed specifically for teaching cooking and independent living skills. The kitchen comfortably seats around 12 people and provides a welcoming space for meal preparation, learning, and gathering together. We also have a Blackstone grill on the deck in back, giving the people we serve opportunities to learn outdoor cooking skills.
